- 500 gr. shelled, unblanched almonds
- 75 gr. bitter almonds
- 350 gr. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- a pinch of baking soda
Finely grind the almonds. Set them in a bowl and add sugar, keeping apart 2 tablespoons, the eggs and the soda.
Knead and mix well, using your hands. Form little balls and roll them in the leftover sugar.
Set on a baking trail covered in baking paper and bake at 170šC till golden, Usually 15 minutes are enough.
